Delhi International School, a fully English-medium school, became functional from the session 2012-2013 in a phased manner offering education on CBSE Pattern. For classes I to VIII syllabi has been laid down with due regard to the national curriculum frame work of elementary education prepared by N.C.E.R.T.
At the Nursery and Kindergarten stage a Montessori curriculum is adopted by the school by making the children learn while having fun. Computer education is Infused at the Nursery level itself and teaching is done through audio visual multimedia Aids.
Teaching Methods

The computer education is provided by NIIT Delhi, a pioneer in the field of professional computer learning in a computer lab set up by NIIT. Group discussions, declamations, seminars, visits by eminent guest faculty/speakers, field visits, project work, inter and intra school literary, culturural, sports and information technology activities form an integral part of learning at school.
